These terms govern your use of LMTV websites, preview builds, and released applications. By using LMTV, you agree to these terms.
2. Product status
LMTV is currently under development. Features, behavior, availability, and compatibility may change before public release.

You may use LMTV for lawful personal or professional media management purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of media and metadata complies with applicable law and any rights held by others.
4. Accounts and third-party services
Some optional features may require sign-in through third-party services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies.
5. No warranty
LMTV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMTV and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the product.
7. Termination
Access to hosted services or preview builds may be suspended or ended if necessary for maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product develops. The current version will be published at lmtv.app/terms.
